Shift Supervisor
Johnny Appleseed is an integrated grower, packer and marketer of pip fruit and stone fruit. The pack house is focused on packing quality fruit predominantly for the domestic market but also with a large export component. The packing facility operates all year round over 2 shifts between 6.00 am to 11.30 pm.
We have Shift Supervisor position available for our night shift which operates between 3pm and 11.30pm.
We are looking for a person with a proven record of effective staff management who will enjoy working alongside our pack house team to ensure our quality and efficiency requirements are met. The ideal candidate will be:
• A strong leader
• A good communication
• An effective trainer
• Enjoy working in a sole charge role
• Able to manage performance issues when required
• Well organised and able to delegate
• Self-motivated with a desire to improve performance
• Aware of health and safety requirements in the work place
