We are looking for a full time Service Manager to run our team in the Hawke's Bay.
THE ORGANISATION
Community Connections is a community based support service for people with a lived experience of disability. We support each person to live their good life within a citizenship framework. Support looks different for each person with a focus on facilitating natural networks that endure. The aim being that people have the supports necessary to enable them to live in their own home, to connect with their community and to enjoy a fulfilling life.
THE POSITION
This is a full time permanent position that involves overseeing the delivery of support in partnership with the people who receive support. Your working day will be varied, interesting and involve lots of networking and engagement with a range of stakeholders. You will lead and manage an exciting and innovative team of staff so experience is essential. You will be involved with new projects and exciting changes in the development of supports.
You will need to be a confident communicator who is able to manage multiple priorities. You will have well developed administration and computer skills. You will bring a skill set of experience and/or qualifications that equip you to undertake this role and you will be self - directed and able to think strategically about required outcomes.
