Police have completed their search of the Waikato house missing man Wayne Roycroft once lived in.
Mr Roycroft disappeared without a trace 16 years ago and police have been digging up his former home at Waihou, 5km southwest of Te Aroha, since last Wednesday looking for his body.
Mr Roycroft's former wife
Christine King appeared in the High Court at Hamilton on Friday charged with his murder on or about November 19, 1988. She was bailed until June 29.
Police have now finished searching the Waihou property, Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Whitehead of Waikato police said in a statement.
"The search at the address continued through the weekend and has resulted in a number of things being located that may assist with reconstructing events relevant to Mr Roycroft's death."
With a case before the court Mr Whitehead would not comment further about what police had found.
Police would still be at the house today tidying up after the search.
The investigation into Mr Roycroft's death would continue, and police were still keen to talk to anyone who could offer information about the Roycrofts and their relationship.
Police originally Mr Roycroft's disappearance as a missing person inquiry but recently reopened the investigation after receiving new information.
