School rules - we need yes!
School rules are the best
Otherwise things would go wonky
Everyone would act like big donkeys
Or maybe a horse
Oh, that's scary of course
We would never want to learn
At school during each term
So we need school rules.
We would never
get jobs
Because we would be big slobs
And we wouldn't be very smart
Because we had too many laughs
Our parents would not be happy
Because we were so snappy
So we need school rules.
We might be dumb
Because we had too much fun
And we might just relax
And not learn any facts
So we need school rules.
So what would the teachers do?
For if there were no school rules
They would have to work so slow
Because the kids couldn't tie a bow
So we need school rules.
But just think
How much fun to skate in a rink
And without getting yelled at
For swinging a bat
Oh how much fun
To just lie in the sun
So do we need school rules?
Life might be great
Because we don't concentrate
Oh what a life
If we had no strife
So do we really need school rules?
