We require a helpful person with spark and enthusiasm. Your key responsibilities would be typing, greeting clients, answering phones, preparing mail, copying, scanning, binding accounts and other general administration duties.
You must have great communication and organisation skills, attention to detail, a friendly phone manner and a smile with lots of common sense. You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft products specifically word and outlook.
Previous experience in a professional services environment is desirable as is excellent personal presentation.
