A punter has won a share in a purebred racehorse at the Boxing Day races.
Diana Booysens has been coming to the races with her dad, Errol, since she was a little girl in South Africa.
Until now she had not been a part of the racing industry.
That changed
when her name was drawn this afternoon in a race day competition to win a ten per cent share in a new race horse for two years.
The horse is so new she doesn't yet know it's name.
