Police concerned for safety of missing Christchurch man

Police have grave fears for the safety of a man missing for nearly six weeks.

27-year-old Shane Aaron Timmins has been missing from his Christchurch home since March 12 and there have been no sightings of him.

Police said that Mr Timmins, who suffers from depression, had not used his bank account since his disappearance and they were very concerned for his welfare.

He drives a white Nissan Bluebird car SD 7936, is a Caucasion, of average height, thin build with very short brown hair.
