We are searching for an exceptional personal assistant to work with
one of our top performing sales consultants. The successful applicant
will display competency and confidence, attention to detail, efficiency,
strong organisational skills, have a professional manner and display
confidentiality at all times.
KEY SKILLS:
• Fully conversant and experienced with Microsoft Office
• Experienced in design and development of marketing material
• Accurate data entry and database management
• Ability to plan and organise themselves and others
• A confident phone manner
Whilst the preferred candidate will have previous real estate experience,
individuals with a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn are
encouraged to apply. Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 1pm with some flexibility.
