One person has been injured and taken to hospital following a late-night assault in Napier.
Police were called to Massey Crescent in Marewa shortly after 11pm last night.
Hato Hone St John said they responded with one ambulance and two rapid response vehicles.
One person was assessed at the scenebefore being taken to Hawke’s Bay Hospital in a moderate to serious condition.
