One person has been airlifted to hospital after the ute they were in rolled at a beach north of Auckland this afternoon.
Emergency crews, including a rescue helicopter, were called to a spot at Shelly Beach, Helensville, after reports a vehicle had rolled and people were injured.
Northern fire communicationsshift manager Scott Osmond said one person suffered leg injuries and had to be taken via helicopter to hospital.
