A Christchurch mother has pleaded guilty to drink driving after being caught nearly five times over the limit with her two children in the car.
Melanie Trebilco was caught during a routine stop last month, and blew a reading of 1157mcg.
She told police she'd only had two glasses of wine at lunch.
The 38-year-old was today fined $1000, ordered to pay $130 towards court costs and disqualified from driving for eight months.
