A popular fitness center in central Auckland has been temporarily shut due to a building threat.
CityFitness gym sent an email to its customers advising them its Queen Street branch had been temporarily closed due to a building threat.
"There was a building threat that needs police clearing before we
can reopen to ensure the safety of the public," the email read.
It said the check was not expected to take long.
Police said it was too soon to comment on the matter.
