Save A teenage Whangarei woman charged with the murder of a 17-year-old man who collapsed and died while shopping has been further remanded on bail.
Shaylene Wharerau, 17, appeared before Justice of the Peace Shirley MacLucas in the Whangarei District Court today.
She entered no plea and was further remanded till
January 18.
Wharerau was initially accused of stabbing Brendon Panapa-Ripia in the chest last month during a domestic dispute.
At the time, Mr Panapa-Ripia received surgery in Auckland but he died suddenly two weeks ago while shopping at The Warehouse.
