A book written with Kahui twins' mother Macsyna King, which has yet to be released, has caused a public outcry, resulting in some retailers refusing to sell the book.
The twins' father Chris Kahui was accused and acquitted of inflicting fatal injuries on the twins in 2008. His legal team contended Ms King was responsible for the deaths.

The Paper Plus group and The Warehouse yesterday said they would not stock the book.
Over 40,000 people have now joined the 'Boycott the Macsyna King Book' Facebook page.
