Three young men charged with manslaughter after a woman was killed while crossing a Wellington street have been remanded for a depositions hearing next year.
Neoton Yousif, 19, unemployed, of Grenada, north of Wellington, David John Hodgson, 18, a student, of Upper Hutt, and Vance Young-Whaanga, 19, a car groomer, of Upper Hutt, are jointly charged with the manslaughter of Amy Edward-Mintorn.
She was struck and killed by a car while crossing Cambridge Terrace in August.
Only Yousif appeared at Wellington District Court today, the other two were excused attendance.
All three were remanded on continued bail until the start of the hearing on March 26.
