Nielsen Media has made four new appointments. Jennifer Reddington is promoted from agency services manager to associate director. Janet Lee Martin joins the firm as senior manager, creative services from her role as general manager of the television register and media watch. Jonathan Brown joins as associate director, client service and Lloyd Rayner has taken on a permanent role as part of the Nielsen Media team of senior manager, client service.

Auckland Convention Centre at The Edge has appointed Kate Offord as its new sales manager. Offord previously worked in executive recruitment and in conference management for a Sydney business planning company.

Janet Manley has been appointed marketing manager for Drake New Zealand. Previously she was relationship manager with the company, responsible for managing its largest business partnership in New Zealand, a turn-key service that provides all contract workers used by the Auckland City Council.

Swann Group has appointed Ruth Ben-Smith as a research associate. Ruth is an international politics graduate from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. She has seven years' experience in executive search and has worked for leading firms in Britain.
