A four-year-old boy missing from his home in Porirua overnight has been found safe and sound.
A search was launched after Bruce Anaru Mackintosh was last seen about 9.30pm yesterday in Esk Place in suburban Cannons Creek.
Police this afternoon said he was reported safe and sound at an address
in Tawa.
Kapiti Mana area commander Inspector John Price said Bruce's parents had been frantic and would be ecstatic with the news.
Police and locals earlier canvassed the neighbourhood in the area by Calliope and Castor Crescents.
