Man's eye gouged out in bar brawl after All Blacks test in New Plymouth

A Te Kuiti man's eye was gouged from the socket in a bar fight following the All Blacks win in New Plymouth on Saturday.
The incident happened at the Nag 'N' Noggin bar on Tukapa Street, around 600 metres from Yarrow Stadium.
At 10.15pm Police responded to reports of a
fight between a group of men, some of which were using chairs in the brawl.
The 30 year old man undergone surgery at Taranaki Base Hospital and is in a stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit.
