A man, who allegedly conned an 82-year-old pensioner out of more than $90,000, made a short appearance in Christchurch District Court this morning.
Fifty-year-old Kim Barwell denies all 66 charges.
Barwell became frustrated when told his review would be postponed.
In custody since his arrest in March, he said he
is just "sitting in there rotting" while his fate is decided.
Barwell will re-appear on November 28.
