Police are appealing for information to find a man who robbed a Hamilton video store with a rifle last night.
The man entered the United Video Store on Killarney Rd around 9.20pm last night. He brandished the firearm at the store attendant and demanded money before fleeing on foot.
He is described as wearing a grey hoodie with a black vest over the top and dark-coloured trousers.
Detective Sergeant Terri Wilson said forensic experts had examined the scene and were speaking to people who live nearby.
