Man, 70, flown to hospital after injuring his hand

A 70-year-old man suffered a severe hand injury in Porangahau, Hawkes Bay yesterday.

The man was flown to Hutt Hospital by the Hawkes Bay Rescue Helicopter.

He's now in a stable condition," said Hutt Valley DHB's communication adviser Rochelle Maroon.
