According to Quotable Value records, the stunning property was bought in August by Brent Sutton, Denise Sutton, and John Burns.
Husband and wife Brent and Denise Sutton, who could not be reached for comment, set up Sutton Group, a family-orientated Auckland business which supplied infant formulas, nutritional powders, and a variety of dairy powders.
Mr Burns is listed as a shareholder of Sutton Group Holdings, together with Mr and Mrs Sutton, on Companies Office records.
French food giant Danone entered an agreement earlier this year to buy Sutton Group and its joint-venture Gardians. The purchase price was not disclosed.
