Logging truck rolls in Manawatu Gorge on SH3

Save A logging truck has rolled in Manawatu Gorge on State Highway 3, blocking both lanes.
No injuries have been reported but it will be some time before the road is reopened as logs from the truck have covered the road.
A detour would be in place over the saddle road.
Meanwhile, emergency services were called to a crash between a car and a truck at 8.50am on State Highway 2 south of Norsewood.
One person was believed to be trapped in one of the vehicles. Injuries were unknown.
