Some cheeky Chiefs fans managed to get one back over the Lions after their thrashing at Waikato Stadium on Tuesday, but not on the pitch this time.
Some Lions fans who are travelling in the SKY Sports UK-sponsored campervan would have been left perplexed after discovering their vehicle wrapped inplastic while visiting Ngarunui Beach at Raglan yesterday.
One eagle-eyed Raglan resident managed to get a photo of the camper, left stitched up near the Raglan Surf Life Saving Club.
Vanessa Carmody said she wasn't sure what the reaction of the van's occupants were as she left before they'd come back, but she posted the photo on the local Facebook page which garnered a few laughs.
The Crowd Goes Wild have cheekily claimed responsibility for the prank, posting to Facebook "When do we tell nzherad.co.nz that this was us? #Kronvoy #Thatsawrap".

With their move up to Auckland for this weekend's first test against the All Blacks at Eden Park, it might pay for them to be aware of even more hi jinks by Kiwi fans.
