PERTH - An uncle of the late actor Heath Ledger has pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen machinery.
Haydn Charles Ledger, 52, of Woodbridge in Perth's north-east, appeared in the Midland Magistrates Court today charged with two counts of receiving stolen goods.
Police allege he was in possessionof three stolen bobcats, worth a total of A$137,000, ($170,334) found during a search of Perth industrial sites in June and July this year.
Ledger today pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He is due to re-appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on December 19.
