Large concrete truck spill on Auckland roads cleaned up

A seven kilometre spill from a concrete truck, stretching from the Te Atatu motorway offramp, along Edmonton Road and through the main street of Henderson, has been cleaned up.

It had been feared the spill would cause traffic delays, but the spill's been cleared before the commuter rush.

The spill began at the Te Atatu off-ramp from the north west motorway, went up Te Atatu Road through to Edmonton Road and then skirted the centre of Henderson and up Henderson Valley Road.
