The Western Australian Meat Marketing Co-operative (WAMMCO International), Katanning Processing Plant is seeking the services of a suitably qualified person to fill the following vacancy.

The Katanning Processing Plant is situated 300 kilometres south east of Perth in the Great Southern Region, and is Western Australia's largest lamb processor and exporter.

LAMB CUTTING ROOM SUPERINTENDENT

The person we are seeking must possess as minimum requirements: -

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Export lamb cutting and boning.

• An extensive knowledge of Regulatory Requirements and Standards.

• Excellent communication and negotiating skills both verbal and written.

• Evidence of well-developed leadership and team building skills.
