The country's youngest convicted killer lashed out at photographers today as he left court following an appearance on three charges of breaching his parole conditions.
Bailey Junior Kurariki admitted two charges and pleaded not guilty to a third. He was remanded on bail to appear again on all three charges in May.
He will be sentenced on the two he has admitted and will appear for a defended hearing on the third.
Kurariki was 12 when involved in the killing of pizza delivery man Michael Choy in 2001.
He was jailed for seven years for manslaughter and released last May, four months before his sentence ended.
As he left the Manukau District Court today he spat at photographers and pushed them out of his way.
