"Second time in a fortnight for me and a bunch of peopledown my street," she wrote on the post. "For the record, I only keep re-useable supermarket bags and door knocking clipboards in my car, so please stop smashing it."
Ardern declined to comment to the Herald about the incident, but said her post was just "a public service announcement for folks in the neighbourhood".
