Crime scene: Hamilton pharmacy holdup

A man with a kitchen knife walked into the West End pharmacy in Dinsdale on Monday afternoon demanding money and drugs. He escaped in a stolen white Mazda Familia, which he left in the Dinsdale Tavern carpark. He is described as a skinny, light-skinned Maori with long, black hair, a goatee beard and a crepe bandage on his right hand. Phone Hamilton West police on (07) 846-6477.
