On August 31, a young Epsom woman was woken at 7am by an intruder in her bedroom. The man said he was a security guard. The man fled after he threatened the woman when she screamed.
He is described as Maori or Pacific Islander, in his late 40s, with shortblack hair balding at the front.
He was about 1.68m (5ft 6in), scrawny, with short fat fingers, dark complexion and he smelled of cigarettes.
He was wearing a dark green, round-necked jersey with long sleeves, and long pants.
