Henderson crash: Person hit by vehicle, critically injured in West Auckland

A person has been critically injured after being struck by a vehicle in West Auckland.

The incident occurred about 11.30pm last night on Lincoln Rd in Henderson, police said.

“The Serious Crash Unit attended, with Lincoln Rd being closed for a period of time. The investigation is ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.”

The road had since reopened, police said this morning.
