The rock ’n’ roll princess is making her own way in the world.

With her famous gap-toothed smile, bombshell blonde locks and enviable boho style, Georgia May Jagger has become one of Britain's favourite new generation It Girls. The daughter of Mick Jagger and supermodel Jerry Hall is BFF with Cara Delevingne, the "face" of Rimmel, Thomas Sabo and Thierry Mugler's Angel, and has walked in shows for Louis Vuitton, Alexander Wang, Chanel and Fendi.

The keen photographer is also the global ambassador for Sunglass Hut, working with famed fashion photographer Ellen von Unwerth on its Christmas campaign. She tells us what it was like working with Unwerth, her most memorable fashion moment and which pair of sunglasses she can't live without this Christmas.

What are your plans for Christmas this year?
Relaxing and spending time with my friends and family in London. Christmas is definitely a family time for me.

What will your friends and family be receiving from you this Christmas?
I'll definitely be getting sunglass stocking fillers for my friends and family. It's a nice little gift and it's also something a little special.

What has been your all-time favourite Christmas gift you have ever received?
It's too hard to say but I just really like to spend time all together with my family as we are always in different places and we don't get the chance to hang out together that often.

Your beauty favourites and trends at the moment?
I am more into the classics - winged black eyeliner with a bold red lip. Of course my favourite beauty tips are to drink lots of water, get enough sleep, wear sunscreen and moisturise.

What are five things you would save from your wardrobe if your house was on fire?
Well, as I find myself living out of a suitcase a lot I could most likely save a whole suitcase, but I would want to ensure I had some Ray-Ban Wayfarers, denim jeans, leather jacket, most of my huge T-shirt collection and a vintage Thierry Mugler suit from my mum.

Who are your favourite designers and labels?
Oh, that's a tough question. For accessories, working with Sunglass Hut, I have access to so many great brands like Ray-Ban, Burberry, Persol, Prada... I can't have a favourite; that's like asking a mum who her favourite child is.

Describe your most memorable fashion moment.
I always say the iconic Thierry Mugler collections really stand out for me in terms of fashion. There have been some amazing pieces over the years, and wearing the Mugler dress David Koma designed for me for the Met Ball this year (pictured left) was an amazing honour.

Tell us about shooting with Ellen von Unwerth.
It was a lot of fun, the whole shoot was very quirky and playful for the Christmas season. It's the second time I have worked with Ellen for a Sunglass Hut campaign and I just love her photography style. Both times have been very different but a lot of fun.

What eyewear styles/trends should we be wearing this summer?
I'm loving all the flash lenses coming through all the brands at Sunglass Hut, such as Tory Burch, Persol and Vogue Eyewear. Another key trend for the season is round sunglasses. The round John Lennon-style sunglasses are definitely making a comeback for Christmas, with brands such as Ray-Ban, Persol and Miu Miu all releasing a great range.

What sunglasses will you be wearing this Christmas?
Flash lens Ray-Ban aviators in the new season colours definitely - an updated icon!

New Year's ... how will you be celebrating?
I don't know yet but I usually head off somewhere warm and sunny.

What else are you working on right now?
The Sunglass Hut Valentine's Day campaign, being shot in a secret location in New York.
