Tostee was arrested a week later and charged with murder.
It is not alleged that he physically pushed Ms Wright from the balcony, but rather that his actions in the lead-up caused her death.
As part of his bail conditions, the self-described ladies' man has agreed not to contact new women on social media.
Blokes Advice is a private Facebook community with almost 2000 members where men gather to "ask for advice and support each other".
On Friday night a site user asked for advice on how to win over a woman on Tinder and Tostee later weighed in with his own thoughts.
"She's looking for attention/validation. End of story," he wrote.
In a separate post three weeks earlier, he boasted of bedding 260 women.
"How many girls have you slept with," he wrote.
"Honest replies only. 260 here."
The posts attracted a flurry of comments from other users eager to know more about Tostee and the looming murder trial.
Tostee legally changed his name to Eric Thomas last year and the prolific user of social media also changed profile names about the same time.
The user has posted intimate details of the murder case, has written in strong defence of Tostee and refers to him in the first person.
Tostee will face trial in Brisbane's Supreme Court starting on October 31.
