Fossett's glider grounded

Poor weather continues to delay the first flight of United States millionaire Steve Fossett's glider in New Zealand.

Low cloud and fog in the Waitaki Valley at the weekend kept the aircraft in the hangar.

Flight co-ordinator and Queenstown glider pilot Bill Walker said the weather was not expected to improve until today. Fossett is due to arrive on Sunday.
