Simkin Construction is an owner operated building company, operating in Hawkes Bay for over 35 years. Currently we have a number of significant projects underway within a variety of sectors, including commercial, education, health, industrial and residential.

Site Foreman

We require a capable, determined and energetic person to lead a new team on future committed projects.

The successful applicant:
•Must have trade qualifications including L.B.P and the ability to maintain our quality build standards
•Be able to meet project timeframes
•Has a proven record of leadership
•Must be willing to enforce and comply with all Health and Safety requirements
•Positive self-motivating attitude and also be able to lead and motivate a team

Qualified Carpenters

We require the services of additional trade qualified tradesman.
