Fire crews are battling a “well-involved” fire at a house in central Richmond, near Nelson.
Multiple calls alerted emergency services to the blaze shortly before 2pm.
Two fire trucks responded, and two additional units were also called in.
Two patients, both in minor condition, were assessed and treatedat the scene.
A Fire and Emergency spokesperson said crews were still on site and working to extinguish the fire.
