To apply for a specific game each media person must:
1. Log-in to the FIBA Media Portal (or create a new profile if they are a new user)
2. Select one of the Qualifiers from the event list: African Qualifiers, Americas Qualifiers, Asian Qualifiers or European Qualifiers (For Tall Blacks, select Asian Qualifiers)
