Delays after Te Atatu crash

Motorists heading in to Auckland City from West Auckland may face delays this morning after a serious crash at the Te Atatu interchange on the North-Western Motorway.

One person is reported to have received serious injuries in the crash, which was reported to police at 7.40am.

One of the city-bound on-ramps has been closed and traffic is being diverted onto the other.

Police said the crash would take some time to clear and advised motorists to use alternative routes to gain access to the motorway where possible.
