Save Upper Hutt police say there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a 47-year-old man who was found under a bridge yesterday.
The man was discovered by a member of the public, who found the body under Totara Park Bridge just after 1pm.
Detective Sergeant Christiaan Barnard of Upper
Hutt CIB said police had identified the man and were contacting his family.
He said a post mortem examination was completed today and there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death.
The case would be referred to the Coroner in due course, he said.
