Dalefield will have a busy start to their 2013 Wellington premier division hockey campaign.
They will play a double header at Clareville this weekend, confronting Indians at 2.30pm on Saturday and Hutt at 1.30pm on Sunday.
The closure of Wellington's National Hockey Stadium due to a water ban resulted in all premier games being rescheduled, with Dalefield given the opportunity to host both their games.
Former Black Stick Greg Clarke is again coaching Dalefield this season and will have to do without Andy Ewington, now playing in Ireland, and Willie Schaefer, who has retired.
Also missing this weekend will be Joseph Robertson and Alex Sumenko-Bucknell, who will both be in Auckland with the New Zealand under-18 side.
