Traffic is moving slowly around various parts of Auckland following crashes and breakdowns today.
On the Southwestern Motorway, the Neilson St off ramp has reopened, after an earlier truck crash on Onehunga Mall but congestion continues back to Roscommon Rd.
Police reported they were called to the crash about 1pmand the driver was reported to have minor injuries. NZTA said the closure had reopened at 4.40pm.
Southbound traffic on the motorway is also heavy between Walmsley Rd and Massey Rd as well as approaching the Southern link.
Traffic on the Northern Motorway is moderate to heavy between Esmonde Rd and Upper harbour highway, and moving slowly from Northcote Rd to the Harbour bridge.
The Southern Motorway is chocka with heavy patches of south moving traffic from Newmarket to Ellerslie, at Mt Wellington, at Highbrook, and between Manukau to Takanini.
A breakdown is blocking the right lane by Mt Wellington off-ramp and another breakdown is blocking the Greenlane on-ramp.
The Northwestern Motorway is also moving slowly for those westbound between the Causeway and Lincoln Rd, and those citybound between Hobsonville Rd and Royal Rd.
Southbound traffic in the Waterview Tunnel is flowing freely.
Earlier today a crash on the Northwestern Motorway also caused serious delays.
A crash around 2.15pm blocked the right eastbound lane just after Royal Rd and congestion was backed up to Fred Taylor Drive.
The congestion began to ease at 2.45pm.

A truck breakdown also slowed traffic on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this afternoon.
