The jury sitting in the Connor Morris murder trial will today hear from the man that allegedly killed him.
Michael Thrift Murray, 34, has denied a charge or murdering Mr Morris but admits hitting him in the head with a large sickle-like tool and inflicting fatal injuries.
Today the jury will be shown a video of police interviewing Murray soon after Mr Morris' death.
It is expected to run for two hours.
The jury will also hear from a pathologist, who will likely explain exactly how Mr Morris died.
Mr Morris was killed during a street fight between two unrelated groups on Don Buck Rd last August.
The trial began on the first anniversary of his death.
The Crown are expected to finish their case today and hand over to the defence, led by high profile criminal lawyer Marie Dyhrberg QC.
