A child has been taken to Auckland's Starship Hospital after being wedged between a vehicle and a house in Westmere this evening.
Police said there were no major injuries and the child, whose age was unknown, was taken to hospital as a precaution.
"I think what's happened is that mum'sdriven up the driveway, opened the door and the child's been wedged between the door of the car and the house, a police communications spokesman said.
