She says they are looking to show that "there is more than just wine" in terms of gourmet products in Wairarapa.
There will be music by Martinborough Community Choir, Pip and Mel Maynard, Dale and Deirdre Percy and Sam Cooke on rotation for both days and the stalls and food trucks will showcase interesting food to match with local olive oil products.
"There will be hot soup which you can drizzle different olive oils on top," Mrs McLeary said.
As a special addition, renowned caterer Ruth Pretty will host a workshop for 40 people on how to use olive oil in desserts.
Tickets for the festival on June 28-June 29 cost $99 if you book before May 31.
