Politicians from across the political spectrum will give their view on the Wellington super-city proposal at a public meeting in Carterton later this month.

"This hui will provide an opportunity for Wairarapa people to hear the views of our political parties on local government reform and amalgamations, in particular the Wellington reorganisation proposal."
The meeting begins at 7.30pm.
MPs invited are: Su'a William Sio, MP for Mangere, Labour's spokesman for local government and Pacific Island affairs.
Green Party MP Eugenie Sage, former councillor on the Environment Canterbury Regional Council and member of the parliamentary local-government select committee.
Maori Party co-leader Marama Fox, a Wairarapa list MP of Ngati Kahungunu and Rangitane ki Wairarapa descent.
Tracey Martin, NZ First deputy leader and former Auckland City Council Rodney Local Board member.
