West Auckland crash blocks West Coast Rd, motorists warned of delays

A vehicle has flipped and one person is injured after an accident blocking a key West Auckland road this evening.

Police went to the three-vehicle crash at the West Coast Rd and Glendale Rd intersection, near the main Glen Eden shops, just before 6pm.

One of the vehicles has flipped over and a person suffered moderate injuries, police said.

The road remains blocked and motorists are asked to avoid the area or expect delays.
