Jane also got back into his Twitter groove by posting photographs - the first not long after Sunday night's game.
Among his posts were photos of him with the trophy in the All Blacks' changing room and having an after-match beer with Zac Guildford.
On Tuesday, Jane posted a photo of himself in the cockpit of the team's plane to Christchurch for their second victory parade.
"This is ur captain speaking ... we will be taking off 2 the north, climbing to 23000ft & flight time is 28mins so hold on," he wrote.
"This is ur captain again ... we will be making a short detour and heading 2 the moon 1st ... Izzy & Zac will be handing out the lollies soon."
Jane also posted a photo of the team on their bus on the way to Auckland Airport to catch their flight to Christchurch, which shows some of the team looking a little bit worse for wear and a plastic bucket being passed around.
By the end of yesterday, though, technology and possibly a lack of Twitter stamina due to the ban was impeding Jane's online presence.
"Been out of the game for a couple months & the thumbs have taken a beating ... 6 per cent battery left on my phone ... that's a sign that I've tweeted 2 much," he wrote.
