More than 1000 m2 in Gisborne's wine region is going under the hammer, for just $1 reserve.
The seller is hoping to fast-track the sale of the property, valued at $120,000, after three months on the market.
LJ Hooker real estate agent Warwick Searle said the offer could bring awhole new meaning to bang for your buck.
Mr Searle said it was a reflection that bare sections generally take longer to sell.
"The section market in particular, bare land has been particularly flat over the last 2-3 years I guess that's just a reflection of the market, but probably the hardest part of the market has been that bare land."
