Customers have taken to social media to ridicule a pair of wooly mules launched by high street giant Topshop.
The Georgia Faux Fur Mules, currently in stock on the retailer's website, have been compared to Aardman character Shaun the Sheep by less than impressed shoppers.
Neither a house slipper or formal wear, the heel is described by Topshop as suited for 'undeniable elegance'.
However, it seems that customers disagree and the item is yet to sell out online with every size still in stock.
YouTuber Lily Melrose was one of the first to take to social media to question the brand's style choices.
Sharing a photograph of the £26 ($46) footwear she wrote: "wtf are these topshop (sic)".
It wasn't long before fellow fashion savvy customers came forward to share their thoughts about the out-there footwear.
While several users compared the shoes to Wallace and Gromit character Shaun others compared its texture to that of popcorn and "scrambled tofu".
This is not the first time that the high street chain has come under fire for questionable fashion choices.
In April this year netizens were left aghast when the store introduced clear plastic 'jeans'.
Made entirely of Polyurethane, the 'jeans', if they can be called that, are totally see-through and earning quite a lot of attention on social media.
"Think outside the box with these out-of-the-ordinary clear plastic jeans - guaranteed to get people talking," Topshop writes on its website.
Needless to say, much of the Twitterverse is unimpressed. Several have voiced disbelief over the item, which sell for £55 ($97).
"Go home Topshop you're drunk," wrote one. Another added: "Sweatsville population: anyone wearing this abomination."
